Add at least $30 before tax. Delivery is $8, or free when your pre-tax order reaches $75.

  • Delivered cold: Frozen products travel in insulated transport and are delivered within 30 minutes of leaving the store.
  • Delivery confirmation: We photograph every completed delivery so you know your order has arrived.

Where is delivery available?

Delivery is currently available within five miles of participating DOGPerfect stores. Select your nearest store to see whether your address qualifies.

What is the order minimum for delivery?

The minimum order value for delivery is $30 before tax.

What are the delivery fees?

Orders under $75 have an $8 delivery fee; orders of $75 or more before tax receive free delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are delivered Monday-Saturday, with no delivery on Sundays. Orders placed before 2:00pm are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Can I change or cancel an order?

While changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed, our team will do their best to accommodate your needs. Contact your selected store as soon as possible for help.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily. Contactless delivery is available when requested. Please provide a safe, accessible drop-off location and any instructions the driver may need, especially for temperature-sensitive items.

What if there is an issue with my delivery?

Contact your selected store promptly. Frozen-product quality concerns should be reported within two hours of delivery; other delivery issues should be reported within 24 hours.

Product availability, delivery eligibility, and estimated timing may vary by store and address. Minimums and free-delivery thresholds are calculated before tax.
