Helpful details before you place or collect your order.

When will my order be ready?
Orders are typically ready in about two hours during store operating hours. You’ll receive an email or text when your order is ready.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
Please collect your order within three days because store holding space is limited. Orders not collected during that window are automatically canceled and refunded.
What should I bring, and can someone else pick it up?
Bring a photo ID and your order confirmation, either printed or on your phone. Someone else may collect the order if they bring their ID and the order number.
How does curbside pickup work?
Call your selected store when you arrive and we’ll bring the order to your car. The same-day curbside cutoff is 5:00 PM, seven days a week; place your order before then and wait for the ready notification.
Is there a charge for pickup?
No. Online ordering with in-store or curbside pickup is free.
Can I change my order after placing it?
It depends on the order and whether preparation has begun. Call the DOGPerfect location receiving your order as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I use a coupon online?
Coupons are not currently accepted on online pickup orders. Call your local store to place the order and ask to apply the coupon. The store may request a photo for verification, and you’ll need to bring the original coupon when collecting your order.
Will I receive my frequent buyer rewards?

Yes. If your DOGPerfect account already uses an email address, place the order with that same email so your points are added.

If your existing account does not use an email, contact Orders@DOGPerfect.com so we can help connect your online order and store account.

What is the return policy?
Unopened pickup items may be returned to your store within 30 days using the same customer account used for the purchase.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We’ll contact you by phone or email to discuss a recommended substitution, waiting for the item to return, or refunding the unavailable item.
Can DOGPerfect special-order a product?
We’re happy to look into it. Call your closest DOGPerfect and ask to speak with a manager about the product you need.
